Garments, Col.3:12-14 (The Message Bible), “So, chosen by God for this new life of love, dress in the wardrobe God picked out for you: compassion, kindness, humility, quiet strength, discipline. Be even-tempered, content with second place, quick to forgive an offense. Forgive as quickly and completely as the Master forgave you. And regardless of what else you put on, wear love. It’s your basic, all-purpose garment. Never be without it.”

What are your favorite shirts, pants, shoes? We have favorite garments for different occasions and circumstances in life. Some for formal, some for just running around, and some for work. Did you know we can also have a favorite spiritual garment? Maybe it’s acts of kindness or service. Maybe it’s prayer, teaching, preaching.

Yet there is one that can be worn no matter the circumstances. It’s called love! With love you can never go wrong. Love always wins and comes out on top.

So no matter what garment you pick to wear today, make sure that love is your undergarment!
