Daily Vitamin

Branch, JN. 15:5-8 (NKJV), “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much  fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. If you abide in Me, and My words  abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.”

As spring has begun and new growth is happening all around us, the same is happening in the Spirit! As we abide (stay connected with Jesus), new growth happens.

Rather, He just wants you to climb up into His lap and love on Him. This is where growth happens. Then comes the fruit; it’s simply natural. Not from striving, or by setting up rules. 

Are you being a branch or are you trying to be the vine? He’s the Vine. Just abide and watch the fruit happen.
