Joy, Heb. 12:2 (TPT), “We look away from the natural realm and we focus our attention and expectation onto Jesus who birthed faith within us and who leads us forward into faith’s perfection. His example is this: Because His heart was focused on the joy of knowing that you would be His, He endured the agony of the cross and conquered its humiliation, and now sits exalted at the right hand of the throne of God!”

Sounds a little backwards that Jesus was filled with joy on His way to the cross. But his joy wasn’t because of the cross; it was about you! He knew that someday you would recognize that you belonged to Him. And the joy He had wasn’t just any joy; it was an exuberant joy. A joy that He knew would bring salvation to all mankind. And now He’s seated beside Daddy God in the most prestigious place of all creation. And what’s especially cool about that is we are seated with Him!
