Finished, JN. 19:28-30 (TPT), “Jesus knew that His mission was accomplished, and to fulfill the Scripture, Jesus said: “I am thirsty.” A jar of sour wine was sitting nearby, so they soaked a sponge with it and put it on the stalk of hyssop and raised it to His lips. When He had sipped the sour wine, He said, “It is finished, My bride!”Then he bowed His head and surrendered His spirit to God.”

The old covenant was ending and the new was about to be revealed. In just a few hours all prophecies about the coming Messiah would be fulfilled. The finish line of Jesus’ physical life came to and end. It created a starting line for you and I! 

Because of the kindness and goodness of Daddy God, Jesus created a starting place for all of us. If you haven’t been walking with Christ in His goodness, then you can begin again! 

Let His finished work on the cross be your starting line!
