Fear, 2 Tim. 1:6-8 (TPT), “I’m writing to encourage you to fan into a flame and rekindle the fire of the spiritual gift God imparted to you when I laid my hands upon you. For God will never give you the spirit of fear, but the Holy Spirit who gives you mighty power, love, and self-control. So never be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor be embarrassed over my imprisonment, but overcome every evil by the revelation of the power of God" 

Sometimes we get our perspectives of things mixed up. A perspective of fear from an earthly view will drive you in the wrong direction. Once we get our perspective of the fear of Daddy God lined up with His truth, the fear of man will lose its grip on us. Paul is encouraging Timothy to be excited about his gifting, knowing fear will try and drive him away from his gift. But Daddy God gives us a totally different type of revelation — one of His power, love and self-control. So adjust your perspective today from an earthly fear to a Heavenly gifting.
