Believe — “Jesus answered,  “Praise God! You finally believe! But even so, the time has come when you will all flee to your homes and abandon Me—you will leave Me all alone. Yet, even though you leave Me, I am not alone, because My Father is with Me. “I have told you all these things so that you will not be afraid when they transpire, and that you may have peace knowing that nothing takes Me by surprise. In this selfish world, you will be opposed and harassed. But be courageous! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:31-33, The Remedy Bible)

Is our belief system mixed with doubt? Jesus got excited that those following Him finally believed. He explained to them that in this world we will have troubles. But in Him we have peace. So be courageous. He has overcome the world.

We are living in a time when many say they believe, yet their lives don’t reflect a life of peace. The troubles and harassments of daily life don’t come from Jesus. They come from our adversaries who are trying to drive us way from Him. So when they come, run to Jesus and receive His peace!

Todays Decrees:

🔥 I decree that my belief is real and produces the peace Jesus promised, not just empty words!

🔥 I decree that every attack from the enemy meant to drive me from Jesus will instead drive me closer to Him!

🔥 I decree that I am courageous in every trial, because Jesus has already overcome the world!

Let’s Pray:

Daddy God, thank You that Jesus has already overcome the world. When trouble and opposition come, help me recognize where they're truly coming from, and give me the courage to run toward You rather than pulling away. Let my belief produce real, lasting peace in my life, not just words I say. Thank You that nothing takes You by surprise, and that Your peace is available to me right now. In Jesus' name, Amen.
