Promise, LK. 24:47-49 (TPT), “Now you must go into all the nations and preach repentance and forgiveness of sins so that they will turn to Me. Start right here in Jerusalem, for you are My witnesses and have seen for yourselves all that has transpired. I will send the fulfillment of the Father’s promise to you, so stay here in the city until you are clothed with the mighty power of heaven.”

The disciples were trained for three and a half years under Jesus. His anointing covered them. Kinda like a master plumber’s license covers those who are under his apprenticeship. Jesus told them to wait in Jerusalem until the promise of their own anointing came with the power of Heaven. Holy Spirit came and stayed so we can have the same anointing that came upon Jesus disciples. There comes a time when we become like Master. There is a time to operate in your own anointing, and it’s NOW!
