Leprosy LK. 5:12-13 (The Mirror Bible), “In one of the towns they visited, there was a man in an advanced stage of leprosy, who, seeing Jesus, cast himself at his feet and implored him, “Sir, if you wish, I know that you are able to make me clean.” And Jesus stretched out his hand and touched him saying, I am delighted to; be clean. And immediately the leprosy left him completely.”

We don’t see much leprosy in our time, yet we see lots of other diseases. Some are devastating and very visible. We also have a lot of inner diseases — some caused by others, some self inflicted. Jesus gave us the powers to heal all these, just like He did.

We like to say that in the old covenant if a leper touchs you, you get leprosy. But in the new covenant, if you touch a leper, they get healed! Are we willing to touch the lepers of our day? It may cost us some time and resources. Are we willing? We have the power living in us! Let’s begin to believe in what Jesus gave us.

LK. 16:17-18 (TPT), “And these miracle signs will accompany those who believe: They will drive out demons in the power of My name. They will speak in tongues. They will be supernaturally protected from snakes and from drinking anything poisonous. And they will lay hands on the sick and heal them.”

You have living in you the power to set the leper’s free!
