Treasure, Mat. 6:19-21 (The Passion Translation), “Don’t keep hoarding for yourselves earthly treasures that can be stolen by thieves. Material wealth eventually rusts, decays, and loses its value. Instead, stockpile heavenly treasuresr for yourselves that cannot be stolen and will never rust, decay, or lose their value. For your heart will always pursue what you esteem as your treasure.”

Whatever we treasure the most will get our attention. Jesus wants us to have our storehouse full of things that can’t be stolen or lose their value. Whatever is in our hearts is what comes out our mouths. Let you your heart be full of things of the spirit and not the flesh.

We can have things as long as as we own them and they don’t own us!
