 Bitterness, HEB.12:14-15(TPT)”In every relationship be swift to choose peace over competition, and run swiftly toward holiness, for those who are not holy will not see the Lord. Watch over each other to make sure that no one misses the revelation of God’s grace. And make sure no one lives with a root of bitterness sprouting within them which will only cause trouble and poison the hearts of many.”

Bitterness will not only cause troubles but can also make a person ill. It can even be the root of many diseases. It’s our responsibility as covenant people to keep watch over each other to help us overcome those offenses that seem to run rampant throughout society. Love doesn’t cover up but exposes darkness and brings healing. Allow the love that Christ modeled for us to be the mark we attain in all our relationships.
