Orphan — “Your eternal companion is the Spirit of truth, whom those trapped in the sense-ruled world, just cannot get to grips with. Their visual horizon is veiled, and they are unable to understand what they cannot see. But, you are familiar with this seamless, intimate union, and the Spirit's continued presence within you. At no time will you be orphaned or abandoned by Me; I come to abide face to face with you. In yet a little while the world will no longer see Me, but I will be tangibly visible to you in the very life we share together. In that day you will know that we are in seamless union with one another. I am in My Father, you are in Me and I am in you.” (John 14:17-20, The Mirror Bible)

Jesus didn’t come and give us a new way to live and then leave us all alone to fend for ourselves. No. He came and made a way so we could be with Him, Daddy God and Holy Spirit. NOW! Not in some distant future off in the by and by.

Holy Spirit is not only our companion but also our teacher and comforter. When you feel alone and separated, remember Holy Spirit is closer than you breath.

Today’s Declarations:

• I declare that I am not orphaned or abandoned - I am in seamless union with Jesus, Daddy God, and Holy Spirit!

• I declare that Holy Spirit is my ever-present companion, teacher, and comforter!

• I declare that even when I feel alone, truth says I am never truly alone - He is closer than my breath!

Let’s Pray:

Daddy God, thank You that I am never orphaned or abandoned. Help me become more aware of Holy Spirit's presence within me - closer than my breath, ready to teach and comfort me in every moment. When I feel alone, remind me of the truth: that I am in seamless union with You, Jesus, and Holy Spirit, now and always. In Jesus' name, Amen.
