Others, RM. 15:1-5 (The Mirror Bible), “We who are strong in faith are obliged to lift up those who are weak, to seek their advantage and not our own. We are to please others and consider their good and benefit. For Christ was not in it for Himself, but for us. It is written about Him, that He took the full blow of the reproach and insults directed at us. Whatever was written about Him includes and represents us. We take instruction and encouragement from His patience, while Scripture is our close companion to remind us of our true spiritual identity. We anticipate the future with delight. God’s patience and reflection of who we really are transmits in us like-mindedness toward one another according to the pattern of Christ Jesus.”

All that Christ thought about, and all that He went through, was for others. It wasn’t for His own benefit!  He loved the ones in front of Him. He loved them no matter what! Even when they tried to discredit Him, His love was constant and without rules. He loved others so much He gave up His earthly life for them. He is our example of love, patience, kindness, forgiveness, mercy and so much more. Let’s love the one in front of us!

Be a Blessing, sir Gregory
