Church, Matt. 16:17-19 (TPT), “Jesus replied, “You are favored and privileged Simeon, son of Jonah!  For you didn’t discover this on your own, but My Father in heaven has supernaturally revealed it to you. I give you the name Peter, a stone. And this rock will be the bedrock foundation on which I will build My church—My legislative assembly,  and the power of death will not be able to overpower it! I will give you the keys  of heaven’s kingdom realm to forbid on earth that which is forbidden in heaven, and to release on earth that which is released in heaven.”

Peter got a revelation that Jesus was the awaited Messiah. Jesus expanded that revelation. He was also the foundation of the coming Church, and through it the powers of darkness would not prevail. That revelation is still true today. Jesus is the foundation, the bedrock of the Church! That revelation was strengthened by Jesus with the power to bind or lose in the earth realm. The Church (Jesus’s body on earth) still has that power. Receive the revelation that Peter received, and let’s restore the Church to its original glory!
