Condemnation, JN.3:16-18(TPT)”For here is the way God loved the world—He gave His only, unique Son  as a gift.  So now everyone who believes in Him  will never perish but experience everlasting life. “God did not send His Son into the world to judge and condemn the world, but to be its Savior and rescue it! So now there is no longer any condemnation for those who believe in Him, but the unbeliever already lives under condemnation because they do not believe in the name of the only Son of God.” 

John 3:16 is the most quoted and memorized verse in the Bible. Yet many don’t know what verse 17 says. Because of God’s love for us, Jesus came not to condemn the world but that the world may be rescued through Him! Paul tells us in Romans 8:1, there is no condemnation for those in Christ. So why do the unbelievers hate the One that came to bring freedom? Because the church hasn’t represented the heart of Daddy God very well. It condemns instead of loving them like Christ loves them. He gave His very life for them. Shouldn’t we love them also?
