Daily Vitamin

Receive — “This is why we continually thank God for your lives, because you received our message wholeheartedly. You embraced it not as the fabrication of men but as the word of God. And the word continues to be an energizing force in you who believe.” (1 Thessalonians 2:13, TPT)

We read about how Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah had to receive Babylonian names. They didn’t have a choice of what others called them, but they never internally received or accepted those names. They stayed true to what Daddy God said about them, not what the empire tried to program them into.

The empires of our modern world still try and program us into their thinking and identities.  In Isaiah we read, “But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. (Isaiah43:1, NKJV) Jesus said, “To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out (John 10:3, NKJV)

Daddy God, Jesus and Holy Spirit are always speaking. Do we have our ears tuned to receive what They are saying? Has the messages of this world’s religious institutions blocked your hearing?

Let’s be like the Hebrew men who didn’t receive the empires conditioning. Stay tuned to the frequency of Daddy God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit!

Let’s Pray:

Daddy God, thank You that You are always speaking and that Your voice is constantly available for us to receive. Help us tune our hearts to Your frequency rather than accepting the programming of worldly empires and religious institutions. Give us ears to hear Your voice above all the competing messages trying to define our identity and purpose. Like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, help us stay true to what You say about us rather than what the world tries to program us to become. In Jesus' name, Amen.

• I declare that I have ears to hear God's voice and I tune my heart to His frequency!

• I declare that I receive divine truth wholeheartedly while rejecting worldly programming!

• I declare that I stay true to what God says about me regardless of empire conditioning!

• I declare that God's word is an energizing force in my life that transforms and empowers me!

• I declare that I choose what I receive and accept as truth about my identity and purpose!
