If you have found yourself giving a worry to Jesus, only to pick it right back up within hours or days, you are not alone, and this does not mean you have failed. Sir Gregory himself names this as a common, honest struggle, one that requires diligence rather than a single perfect moment of release. The enemy is actively looking for exactly this pattern, watching for the impatience that leads us to reach back for what we already surrendered. But the same tender care that received your worry the first time is still there, ready to receive it again, and again, for as many times as it takes. Each time you notice yourself picking a care back up, you have another opportunity to pour it back out, trusting that Daddy God's care for you has not changed, and that you will overcome.
