Teacher — “My intention with this writing is to nullify the influence of those who wish to unsettle you. I am convinced that the effect of His touch within you is permanent; this is the Christ-annointing that teaches you all things, so that you do not need any teacher whose doctrine does not resonate with truth. In our world there are many different teachers, and most people believe whatever they are taught without investigating for themselves. This is how we get deceived, and why we have from 9k — 40k different Protestant denominations. Those numbers are unbelievable.
Somewhere truth has been diluted. Each group teaches something different than the others, and yet we are suppose to have the same Lord. Of course, it’s not bad to have teachers help us learn. Jesus came to make a way for Holy Spirit lead us into all truth, He is the ultimate teacher.
“Your daily walk is no different from that initial embrace when you first understood your divine association in Him. (As you have received Christ, so walk in Him.) Just like the roots of a tree, draw your sustenance and strength from Him. Like a building rising up out of its foundation your life makes the full stature of Christ visible; standing tall in His shoes, firm in your faith posture. The language of gratitude that overflows from your lips reflects the exact impression of what you were taught.” (Colossians 2:6-7, The Mirror Bible)
We are in a difficult season where we need to be listening to Holy Spirit more than ever!
Today’s Declarations:
I declare that the Christ-anointing within me teaches me all things, and I do not need any teacher whose doctrine fails to resonate with truth!
Holy Spirit is my ultimate Teacher, and I listen closely to His voice above every competing human voice!
Deception cannot compete with spirit-resonance in me; I recognize truth because Christ's touch within me is permanent!
My daily walk draws sustenance and strength from Christ, like roots drawing life from soil!
The gratitude that overflows from my lips reflects the truth I have actually been taught, and I choose to walk in that truth today!
Let’s Pray:
Daddy God, thank You for the Christ-anointing within us that teaches us all things. In a world with countless competing voices and diluted truth, help us listen closely to Holy Spirit above every other teacher. Let deception find no place to compete with the spirit-resonance You have placed within us. Help our daily walk draw sustenance and strength continuously from Christ, like roots drawing life from soil, so that our lives make His full stature visible. Let the language of gratitude overflow from our lips, revealing the truth that has truly taken root in us. In this season more than ever, teach us to listen to Holy Spirit. In Jesus' name, Amen.
