Origin — “If our message seems vague to anyone, it is not because we are withholding something from certain people. It is just because some are so stubborn in their efforts to uphold an outdated system that they don’t see it. They are all equally found in Christ but they prefer to remain lost in the cul-de-sac language of the law. The survival and self-improvement programs of the religious systems of this world veil the minds of the unbelievers; exploiting their ignorance about their true origin and their redeemed innocence. The veil of unbelief obstructs a person’s view and keeps them from seeing what the light of the gospel so clearly reveals: the glory of God is the image and likeness of our Maker redeemed in human form; this is what the gospel of Christ is all about.” (2 Corinthians 4:3-4, The Mirror Bible)

Many don’t see or believe in our original design, mostly because of false religious traditions. (See Mark 7:13 or Matthew 15:6) Jesus removed the veil so we could see, but religion has replaced it with rules and traditions! Too many of us are stuck in this circular thinking and never find a way out!

Holy Spirit lives within us so we can shine the light of the Kingdom of God! With Holy Spirit’s light shining through us, we are able to remove the mask and unveil the lies that have bound others!

As the children’s song goes, “This little light of mine let it shine!” Let’s blind our adversary with the light of Jesus, Holy Spirit and Daddy God!

Let’s Pray:

Daddy God, remove every veil that obscures our view of our true origin and redeemed innocence! Help us see that we are all equally found in Christ and not lost in the cul-de-sac language of the law. Break us free from the circular thinking of religious systems that exploit our ignorance about who we really are. Let Holy Spirit's light shine through us to unveil the lies that have bound others. Help us understand that the glory of God is Your image and likeness redeemed in human form. Let our little lights shine and blind our adversary with the light of Jesus, Holy Spirit, and You! In Jesus' name, Amen.

Today’s Decree’s:

I decree that I understand my true origin as God's image redeemed!

I decree that I reject circular cul-de-sac religious thinking!

I decree that Holy Spirit's light shines through me to unveil binding lies!

I decree that I am equally found in Christ, not lost in law-language!

I decree that I remove the veil of false religious traditions!

I decree that I shine Kingdom light that blinds the adversary!
