Speak — “If I speak with human eloquence and angelic ecstasy but don’t love, I’m nothing but the creaking of a rusty gate. If I speak God’s Word with power, revealing all His mysteries and making everything plain as day, and if I have faith that says to a mountain, “Jump,” and it jumps, but I don’t love, I’m nothing. If I give everything I own to the poor and even go to the stake to be burned as a martyr, but I don’t love, I’ve gotten nowhere. So, no matter what I say, what I believe, and what I do, I’m bankrupt without love.” (1 Corinthians 13:1-3, The Message Bible)
Speech is one way we communicate to others. The way we speak, or fail to speak, is very important! Daddy God told Ezekiel to speak to the people and warn them of their wicked ways. If he didn’t speak, their wickedness would be on him. (Ezekiel 3:16-21) God told the church in Ephesus that they did great stuff but had lost their first love. (Rev. 2)
We live in a time where many won’t speak what Daddy God is saying! Or when they do, it’s not filled with His grace. When we communicate it needs to be seasoned with love! An everlasting love that will last forever. The world is waiting on your message of hope!
Lets Pray :
Daddy God, help us understand that speaking without love makes us nothing but creaking rusty gates! Give us courage to speak what You're saying, seasoned with Your grace and love. Help us not stay silent when You've given us messages to deliver, but also help us never speak without love filling our words. Restore our first love so everything we communicate flows from relationship with You. Let our speech be a message of hope to a world waiting to hear! In Jesus' name, Amen.

I decree that I am not silent when God commands me to speak!
I decree that my words carry both truth and grace in perfect balance!
I decree that I maintain my first love above all religious activity!
I decree that I am not bankrupt - love fills my speech with value!
I decree that I deliver hope-filled messages to a waiting world!
