Transformation —“Because of the transformation that took place in my life, they praised God even more!” (Galatians 1:24, The Passion Translation)
Have you ever prayed for someone without seeing any change; t hen all of sudden, they change after days, months, or even years? Have you heard of a really bad character who gave their life to Christ? What was your first reaction? Did you praise God? Or did you have thoughts like “let’s watch and see” because you didn’t really believe there was a heart change?
Instead of being suspicious, we should be praising Daddy God, Jesus and Holy Spirit and praying even more. Think about it. Paul was killing people for being followers of Christ. Believing he was changed would be a bit scary! Yet he was made brand new.
Let’s help those who have just been transformed into a new creation become something this world has never seen before!
“And God-Enthroned spoke to me and said, “Consider this! I am making everything to be new and fresh. Write down at once all that I have told you, because each word is trustworthy and dependable.” (Revelation 21:5, TPT)
It’s time to praise God and pray for the transformation of all things!
Let’s Pray:
Daddy God! Thank You for the power of transformation that changes hearts, minds, and lives completely. Help us to praise You when we see people changed instead of being suspicious and doubtful. Give us the faith to believe that You really can make anyone brand new, even those who seemed hopeless. Holy Spirit, help us support and pray for those who have just been transformed instead of watching and waiting for them to fail. Show us how to help new creations become something this world has never seen before. We praise You for making all things new and fresh! In Jesus' name, Amen.
