Daily Vitamin

Walk — “When you pass through the deep, stormy sea, you can count on Me to be there with you. When you pass through raging rivers, You will not drown. When you walk through persecution like fiery flames, you will not be burned; the flames will not harm you, for I am your Savior, Yahweh, your mighty God, the Holy One of Israel!” (Isaiah 43:2-3a, TPT)

On our journey through this life, we are called to walk many different paths. Some are not fun while others are filled with great joy. Regardless, the common denominator is that we are not alone as we walk.

Just like when Mose and the people reached the Red Sea, they were not alone. The three Hebrew boys in the fire and Daniel in the lion’s den were not alone. Joshua crossing the Jordon river, Ezekiel in his vision of the river, and Peter stepping out of the boat are more examples of this important truth — we are never alone.

Jesus, Holy Spirit and Daddy God have promised to go before us!

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.” (Psalm,  NKJV)

Allow the promises of Psalm 23 to sink in deep!

Today’s Decrees:

🔥 I decree that the people of God are walking through their impossible seasons — not drowning in the sea, not burning in the fire, not defeated in the valley — because Yahweh their mighty God and Savior is with them in every single step!

🔥 I decree that the promises of Psalm 23 are sinking deep into the hearts of believers today — dissolving fear, restoring souls, filling cups that have been running dry, and reminding every walking child of God that goodness and mercy are following them all the days of their lives!

🔥 I decree that every stormy sea, raging river, fiery trial, and shadowy valley that has been trying to convince God's people they are alone and abandoned is silenced by the truth of Isaiah 43 — You are with us Yahweh and we will not drown and we will not burn!

🔥 I decree that the Renaissance People are walkers — strong, courageous, unafraid, and accompanied by the Shepherd who prepares tables in the presence of enemies and pours oil on heads that have been through the battle — walking through and all the way home!

Let’s Pray:

Daddy God thank You for every stormy sea You have already brought us through. Thank You for every fire we have walked through without being burned and every valley we have walked through without being overcome. Today we allow the promises of Psalm 23 to sink in deep — into every fearful place, every doubting corner, every part of us that has been wondering if the storm is finally too big. You are our Shepherd. We shall not want. You restore our souls. You walk with us through the valley. You prepare a table before us in the presence of our enemies. You anoint our heads. Our cups run over. Goodness and mercy follow us all the days of our lives. Let those promises go all the way down today and replace every fear with the unshakeable confidence of a sheep who knows their Shepherd. In Jesus' name, Amen.
