Worry
Daily Vitamin
Worry — “People everywhere seem to worry about making a living, but your Heavenly Father knows your every need and will take care of you. Each and every day He will supply your needs as you seek His Kingdom passionately, above all else. So don’t ever be afraid, dearest friends! Your loving Father joyously gives you His Kingdom realm with all its promises!” (Luke 12:30-32, TPT)
Jesus has a lot to say about worry! Read from verses 22 —32. He reminds us that worry and anxiety have no real value in our lives. Yet we all go through times of great worry, where we try to fix our own problems instead of trusting Daddy God, Jesus and Holy Spirit.
“So above all, constantly chase after the realm of God’s Kingdom and the righteousness that proceeds from Him. Then all these less important things will be given to you abundantly. Refuse to worry about tomorrow, but deal with each challenge that comes your way, one day at a time. Tomorrow will take care of itself.” (Matthew 6:33-34, TPT)
Jesus reminds us to seek Daddy God’s Kingdom first and then all these natural things will be added to us. This feels hard to do — and even a little careless or irresponsible. But I’m reminded that after having done all we know to do, we are supposed to stand firm. (Ephesians 6:13b)
Medical science even tells us that worry can cause a lot of health problems. So what is causing you so much grief? Once you have identified it, give it to Daddy God, Jesus and Holy Spirit.
Ask them what you are to do. Wait upon the Lord to give you His perspective which provides wisdom, peace, comfort and joy!
Let’s Pray:
Daddy God, thank You that You know our every need and will take care of us. Help us understand that worry has no real value in our lives and that You joyously give us Your Kingdom realm with all its promises. Jesus, teach us to seek Your Kingdom passionately above all else, knowing that all other things will be added to us abundantly. Holy Spirit, replace our anxiety with Your peace, comfort, and joy as we learn to deal with each challenge one day at a time. In Jesus' name, Amen.

• I declare that I refuse to worry about tomorrow and deal with challenges one day at a time!
• I declare that worry has no value in my life, but trust in God brings peace and provision!
• I declare that my loving Father joyously gives me His Kingdom with all its promises!
