Daily Vitamin

You — “Then Moses called for Joshua, and as all Israel watched, he said to him, “Be strong and courageous! For you will lead these people into the land that the Lord swore to their ancestors He would give them. You are the one who will divide it among them as their grants of land. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; He will neither fail you nor abandon you.” (Deuteronomy 31:7-8, NLT)

Look at how many times the ‘YOU’ is used in these two verses. How about the throughout scripture? When Daddy God created the world He had you in mind. Jesus went to the cross for you!

We often say that if you were the only one, Jesus still would have went to the cross. That verbiage isn’t in the scripture, but the intent is there. You are the focus of his attention, just like in Luke 15: “If a man has a hundred sheep and one of them gets lost, what will he do? Won’t he leave the ninety-nine others in the wilderness and go to search for the one that is lost until he finds it?”(Luke 15:4, NLT)

In Galatians, Paul marvels about Jesus giving up His life for him. “My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me” (Galatians 2:20, NLT)

From the begining of time, YOU were on Daddy God, Jesus and Holy Spirit’s mind. You really are the apple of his eye. It’s time we live like it!

Today’s Decrees:

🔥 I decree that I am not lost in the crowd — I am known, named, and pursued by Daddy God.

🔥 I decree that the cross was personal, and so is my identity in Christ.

🔥 I decree that fear has no place in me, because the same God who went ahead of Joshua goes ahead of me.

🔥 I decree that I will live today like I was always on His mind — because I was.

Let’s Pray:

Daddy God, thank You for making it personal. Thank You that from the beginning of time, I was on Your mind, and that Jesus went to the cross for me. Help me live today like I believe that — strong, courageous, unafraid, and secure in knowing You will never fail me or abandon me. In Jesus' name, Amen.
