Highway — “What makes my Father’s house home, is your place in it. If this was not the ultimate conclusion of My mission, why would I even bother to do what I am about to do if it was not to prepare a place for you? I have come to persuade you of a place of seamless oneness where you belong. The proportions of what I will accomplish are astonishing. I will prepare a highway for you, just as in the Oriental custom, where people would go before a king to level the roads to make it possible for royalty to journey with ease and comfort. Then I will personally come to escort you on this royal highway, guiding you to be where I am, in seamless, face to face oneness in the Father's embrace. By fully identifying Myself with you I have mirrored you in Me so that you may be completely at home where I am.” (John 14:2-3, The Mirror Bible)
Jesus not only went to prepare a place for us, but He also made the way clear! He went to get our rooms ready and to make the crooked and bumpy paths straight and smooth! Just as Isaiah told us, “Every valley will be raised up, every mountain brought low. The rugged terrain will become level ground and the rough places a plain.” (Isaiah 40:4, TPT)
Jesus took what was was difficult way and made it made easy for us! He prepared the way by clearing the obstructions and by making what was previously hidden clear to all who want to see it! We don’t have any excuse for not finding Him!
Won’t you join me on the highway to Heaven?!
Lets Pray:
Daddy God! Thank You that Jesus not only went to prepare a place for us in Your house, but He also prepared the highway to get there! He leveled every valley, brought down every mountain, made the rugged terrain smooth, and cleared all obstructions so we could journey with ease and comfort. Help us understand that we have a place in Your house that makes it home, and that Jesus has mirrored us in Himself so we can be completely at home where He is. Thank You for the royal highway He prepared, and help us guide others to join us on this journey to seamless, face-to-face oneness in Your embrace. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Today’s Declarations:
I accept Jesus' personal invitation to join Him on the royal highway to heaven. I believe He has prepared not just a place for me, but also cleared the way for me to get there. I will travel with ease and comfort, knowing that Jesus personally escorts me and that I am mirrored in Him so I can be completely at home where He is. I have no excuse for not finding Him because He has cleared every obstruction and made the way obvious.
