Letter — “Instead of an impressive certificate framed on my wall I have you framed in my heart. You are our Epistle written within us, an open letter speaking a global language; one that everyone can read and recognize as their mother tongue. The fact that you are a Christ-Epistle shines as bright as day. This is what our ministry is all about. The Spirit of God is the living ink. Every trace of the Spirit’s influence on the heart is what gives permanence to this conversation. We are not talking law-language here; this is more dynamic and permanent than letters chiselled in stone. This conversation is embroidered in your inner consciousness.” (2 Corinthians 3:2-3, The Mirror Bible)

We carry a letter within us, not one on a wall to impress others or ourselves. The ink of this letter was written with the blood of Christ! It’s a letter that can be read by anyone. They will see it being acted out in our lives. It’s not a letter of laws and regulations but a letter of love!

Without Holy Spirt, mankind’s letter would be filled with all kinds of rules and a lot of self-imposed regulations! You can recognize these letters in others; they are loveless and absent of light.

Allow Holy Spirit to embroider love into your being so others can receive it through you! And allow Daddy God, Jesus and Holy Spirit to write a new letter into their lives!

Let’s Pray:

Daddy God, help us understand that we are living letters written with the blood of Christ, not impressive certificates on a wall! Make us Christ-Epistles that shine bright, speaking a global language that everyone can read and recognize. Let the Spirit of God be the living ink that gives permanence to Your conversation within us. Help us move beyond law-language to the dynamic, permanent conversation embroidered in our inner consciousness. Allow Holy Spirit to embroider love into our being so others can receive it through us. Write new letters of love into the lives of those around us! In Jesus' name, Amen.
