Time — “But when the time arrived that was set by God the Father, God sent His Son, born among us of a woman, born under the conditions of the law so that He might redeem those of us who have been kidnapped by the law. Thus we have been set free to experience our rightful heritage. You can tell for sure that you are now fully adopted as His own children because God sent the Spirit of His Son into our lives crying out, “Papa! Father!” Doesn’t that privilege of intimate conversation with God make it plain that you are not a slave, but a child? And if you are a child, you’re also an heir, with complete access to the inheritance. (Galatians 4:4-7, The Message Bible)
Have you ever said, “I wish I was born at different time” or “miss the good old days”? Most of have had these wishes, mostly because we didn’t like what was going on at the time. These same thought processes can last for decades. But we must shift that perspective. You were born for this We all have a time and place to affect our world and the lives of others.
I’m sure that Esther had some of the same thoughts. Mordecia, her uncle, reminded her of her calling for this exact time. “For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” (Ester 4:14, NKJV)
Let’s not be silent. Remember, you are in the right time! Let’s change the world together!

Daddy God, thank You for placing me in this exact moment in history. Help me to see that this isn't an accident - You have positioned me here for such a time as this. Thank You for sending Jesus at the perfect time to set me free and make me Your child with full inheritance rights. When I'm tempted to wish for different times or remain silent in the face of challenges, remind me of my calling and purpose. Give me the courage of Esther to speak up and act boldly. Fill me with Your Spirit so I can confidently cry out "Daddy!" knowing I am loved, chosen, and equipped to change my world. Help me embrace this time and be the blessing You've called me to be. In Jesus' name, Amen.
