Spiritual Gifts
Words of Encouragement
You are not without a gift. You are not the one person in the Body that Holy Spirit somehow overlooked when He was distributing. You were not standing behind the door when the gifts were given out. The Spirit who decided which gift each person should have decided about you — specifically, intentionally, with your assignment already in mind. And that gift is not waiting for you to reach some higher level of spiritual maturity before it becomes available. It is already in you. It may be undiscovered. It may be undeveloped. It may have been suppressed by years of being told it does not exist or does not apply to you. But it is there. Ask Daddy God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit to show you what it is. And then step into it — not perfectly, not with all the confidence in the world, but faithfully and consistently. Because somewhere in the world around you there is a need that your specific gift was designed to address. And the world has been waiting long enough.
Authority
Words of Encouragement
You have been given more than you may realize. The authority of Jesus — the same authority that holds the universe together — has been extended to you. Not so you could keep it safe, protect your position, or feel special because you have it. So you could give it away. And here is the beautiful thing about Kingdom authority — unlike earthly resources, it does not diminish when you give it away. It multiplies. Every time you pass on what you have received — a prayer, a word, a healing, a piece of freedom you yourself once received — the relay continues. And Jesus promised He would be with you in it, every day, all the way to the end. You are not just a recipient. You are a relay point. Give away today what was freely given to you. The world is waiting on the other end of that relay.
Impart
Words of Encouragement
You are not meant to walk through life alone! God has designed you to both give and receive in spiritual community. You have gifts, insights, and experiences that others desperately need, and there are people in your life who carry exactly what you need to grow stronger in faith.
Don't underestimate the power of your presence. Sometimes the most profound ministry happens simply by showing up, being authentic, and allowing others to see God's work in your life. Your testimony, your friendship, and even your struggles can become tools that help others recognize their own gifts and calling.
Remember, spiritual gifts need to be stirred up through fellowship and the laying on of hands. Isolation doesn't just limit your impact on others; it limits your own spiritual development. When you come together with other believers, expect something wonderful to be released!
Stop believing the lie that you don't have anything to offer. Paul yearned to impart gifts to the Romans, but he also knew they had gifts for him. This mutual exchange is how the Kingdom operates - we all give, we all receive, and we all grow stronger together.
Find your tribe, build authentic relationships, and watch how God uses your presence to encourage others while using their presence to sharpen and strengthen you!
Be a Blessing,
