Delight
Words of Encouragement
If you have been comparing your life to someone else's — their success, their wealth, their apparent ease — be gentle with yourself but also be honest. What you are seeing is grass clippings in the hot sun. Impressive for a moment, gone before you know it. The thing you were actually made for is so much more lasting — a delight in Daddy God that realigns your deepest desires and provides for you exactly what you truly need, not just what looked appealing from a distance. And here is the most freeing part of today's word — you do not have to manufacture this delight through willpower or religious effort. The old self that compared and competed and grasped for more has already died. Christ lives in you now. And the life you live today, you live by trust in the One who loved you and gave Himself for you long before you ever turned His direction. Delight in Him today. He delighted in you first.
Goes Before
Words of Encouragement
Whatever is ahead of you right now — the thing you have been dreading, the conversation you have been putting off, the situation that feels too big and too complicated and too heavy to carry — He has already been there. Before you ever arrive at that moment Daddy God has gone ahead of it, surveyed it, and begun working in it on your behalf. You are not the first person He has carried through an impossible wilderness. You are not the first child He has picked up and carried as a Father when the road got too hard to walk. And the same God who got Israel from Egypt to the Promised Land — through every giant, every obstacle, every moment of overwhelming impossibility — is the same God who goes before you today. Take His hand friend. He has already been where you are going. And He is not letting go.
Leave
Words of Encouragement
Whatever you have been walking through — whatever season has made you feel forgotten, overlooked, or utterly alone — hear this today with everything in you. God has not left. His grip has not loosened. The promise He made to Joshua on the banks of the Jordan, the promise Moses declared over a trembling young leader, the promise written into the pages of Hebrews for every believer who would ever feel the weight of lack or uncertainty — that promise belongs to you. Right now. In this moment. In this season. You are not the exception to His faithfulness. You are the very reason He made the promise in the first place. He knew you would face days like this. And He wanted you to know — before you even got here — that He would never leave you alone. Never. Hold on to that today friend. His grip is stronger than anything trying to pull you away.
Ascension
Words of Encouragement
You are not living in a story without a King. You are not navigating an in-between season without help, without direction, or without promise. Jesus did not ascend and forget you. He ascended and sent you the best possible Helper — Holy Spirit — and He took His seat at the right hand of the Father where He ever lives to intercede for you. Right now, in this moment, the ascended Jesus is aware of everything you are facing. He is not watching from a distance with casual interest. He is actively interceding, actively sending, actively preparing both a place for you and a return to you. The story is not over. The King is on His throne. And the best chapter is still ahead. Hold on, friend — He is coming back.
Strong
Beloved warrior of faith, as you step into 2026, remember that the same God who commanded Joshua to be strong and courageous is speaking those same words over you today. You don't have to manufacture courage from your own reserves or find strength in your natural abilities. God Himself is your source of supernatural strength, and He's not just watching you from a distance - He's striding ahead of you, preparing your path and guaranteeing your success. Every promise He has spoken over your life is connected to His faithfulness, not your perfection. Be strong in the confidence that He who has called you is faithful and will complete what He has started. This is your year to see promises fulfilled, mountains moved, and victories won - not through your might or power, but through His Spirit working in you and through you. Be strong, be courageous, and watch what God will do!
