You are not trying to get to heaven. You are already a citizen of it — and you have been from before the foundation of the world. The confusion about your identity, the tension between who you are in the spirit and what you experience in the flesh, the gap between the glorious position Paul describes and the ordinary moments of Tuesday afternoon — none of that changes the reality of where you stand. Co-seated. Co-elevated. Fully represented. The executive authority of the heavenly realm is not reserved for the most spiritually advanced or the most theologically informed. It belongs to every co-heir who is in Christ — and that includes you. Ask Holy Spirit today to make it more real. Ask Him to close the gap between what is true in the heavenly realm and what you experience in the physical one. He is the expert at exactly that. And He is already living in the citizen He is trying to help understand their own citizenship!

If you have been comparing your life to someone else's — their success, their wealth, their apparent ease — be gentle with yourself but also be honest. What you are seeing is grass clippings in the hot sun. Impressive for a moment, gone before you know it. The thing you were actually made for is so much more lasting — a delight in Daddy God that realigns your deepest desires and provides for you exactly what you truly need, not just what looked appealing from a distance. And here is the most freeing part of today's word — you do not have to manufacture this delight through willpower or religious effort. The old self that compared and competed and grasped for more has already died. Christ lives in you now. And the life you live today, you live by trust in the One who loved you and gave Himself for you long before you ever turned His direction. Delight in Him today. He delighted in you first.

Whatever you are carrying today — the weight of it, the weariness of it, the way it seems to follow you even into the moments that should feel peaceful — Jesus already knew you would be carrying it when He said come to Me. He was not surprised by your load. He was not waiting for you to get it down to a manageable size before extending the invitation. He said come with all of it. Come heavy laden. Come exhausted. Come frustrated and confused and weary of striving. And I will give you rest. Not I will teach you how to find rest. I will give it. Right now. In this moment. As you turn toward Him rather than toward the noise. The peace and rest you have been looking for are not being kept from you. They are waiting for you. And the One who holds them has already conquered everything that has been stealing them. Come today, friend. He is waiting — and He has been waiting with great patience and great love.

You do not have to figure out what to do for God today. That is not the assignment. The assignment — the one Jesus modeled perfectly — is to watch what Daddy God is already doing and join in. He is already at work in your home, your relationships, your community, your city. Holy Spirit is already moving. The question is not what can I accomplish for God today, but what is Daddy God already doing that I get to be part of? That shift changes everything. It takes the pressure off of performance and replaces it with partnership. Best of friends. No secrets. The Father gladly showing His children what He is doing — and inviting them to repeat it. You are not alone in this. The Father is as present in you as He was in Jesus. Fix your gaze today. And watch what happens when you join in.

The inferior mindset that was handed to you by religion, by the adversary, by a world that needed you to stay small so it could stay in control — that was the problem. Not you. The real you — the you that was designed before time began, made in the image of God, redeemed and restored and unveiled by the work of Jesus — that version of you is extraordinary. And Holy Spirit is not finished engineering the full expression of it yet. Every layer that comes off, every veil that is removed, every inferior mindset that is replaced by the revealed endorsement of your authentic identity is bringing you closer to the mirror moment — where you look at Christ and suddenly realize with breathtaking clarity that you are looking at yourself. His glory. Looking back. Don't settle for the window. Walk through the door. The mirror is waiting for you.

The beautiful truth is that identity discovery "in Christ" never ends because His glory is infinite and your capacity to reflect that glory keeps expanding. Don't be frustrated by the layers yet to be discovered—be excited about the endless adventure of learning who you are "in Him." Each level of glory reveals more of the magnificent identity that was yours from the moment you believed!
