Interfering
Words of Encouragement
If things have felt stirred up lately — if the comfortable arrangements of your faith have been feeling challenged, if old understandings have been feeling insufficient, if you have been sensing that something more permanent than another wave of blessing is being called for — that stirring is not a problem. That is Jesus walking into the synagogue. That is the Holy One of God showing up and doing what His presence always does. Do not quiet the discomfort too quickly. Do not rush back to the familiar arrangement. Let Him surface what needs to be surfaced. Let Him challenge what needs to be challenged. Let Him do the deep, permanent, Renaissance work that leaves you with a fundamentally different and truer understanding of who He is — and therefore who you are. The demon cried out because it recognized that the arrival of Jesus meant the end of its comfortable occupation. Let that same arrival end every comfortable occupation in your life that does not belong there. Come Jesus come. He is already on His way.
Identity
Words of Encouragement
If you have been confused about your identity — if you have been drawing your sense of worth and belonging from your standing in a religious system, a ministry organization, or any other institution — hear this today with everything in you. Those things were never designed to hold your identity. They are too small, too shifting, and too human to carry something that vast and that permanent. Your identity belongs in the only place it was always designed to live — in relationship with Daddy God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit. In the acknowledgment of His Name on your lips. In the presence that fills the room when genuine praise rises. In the community where every person contributes and every contribution builds. That city is closer to you than any visible one. You do not have to travel to it. You do not have to earn entry into it. You are already a citizen of it — and the praise on your lips is the key that opens the awareness of it. Lift your voice today friend. Let His presence define everything.
Know
Words of Encouragement
You do not have to have it all figured out theologically to know Daddy God. You do not need a seminary degree or a perfect prayer life or flawless worship to experience His presence. He is not waiting for you to accumulate enough information before He will let you in close. He is waiting for you to simply come — to sit, to listen, to talk, to be still long enough to actually experience Him rather than just learn about Him. This is the most accessible invitation in all of Scripture. Knowing Him is not reserved for the spiritually elite. It is offered freely to anyone willing to spend the time. And in that time spent — in prayer, in worship, in stillness, in listening — you will not only come to know Him more deeply. You will come to know yourself more clearly too. He is not far away tonight, friend. He is as close as your next moment of attention. Turn toward Him. Know Him. And let Him know you.
Taught
Words of Encouragement
Whatever you are carrying today — the weight of it, the weariness of it, the way it seems to follow you even into the moments that should feel peaceful — Jesus already knew you would be carrying it when He said come to Me. He was not surprised by your load. He was not waiting for you to get it down to a manageable size before extending the invitation. He said come with all of it. Come heavy laden. Come exhausted. Come frustrated and confused and weary of striving. And I will give you rest. Not I will teach you how to find rest. I will give it. Right now. In this moment. As you turn toward Him rather than toward the noise. The peace and rest you have been looking for are not being kept from you. They are waiting for you. And the One who holds them has already conquered everything that has been stealing them. Come today, friend. He is waiting — and He has been waiting with great patience and great love.
Repeat
Words of Encouragement
You do not have to figure out what to do for God today. That is not the assignment. The assignment — the one Jesus modeled perfectly — is to watch what Daddy God is already doing and join in. He is already at work in your home, your relationships, your community, your city. Holy Spirit is already moving. The question is not what can I accomplish for God today, but what is Daddy God already doing that I get to be part of? That shift changes everything. It takes the pressure off of performance and replaces it with partnership. Best of friends. No secrets. The Father gladly showing His children what He is doing — and inviting them to repeat it. You are not alone in this. The Father is as present in you as He was in Jesus. Fix your gaze today. And watch what happens when you join in.
Mercy
Words of Encouragement
You have received more mercy than you will ever fully comprehend. Every moment you deserved one thing and received another — every time the consequence that was coming was withheld and grace was given instead — that was the mercy of Daddy God operating in your life. And the extraordinary thing about mercy received is that it creates the capacity to give mercy away. You cannot pour from an empty cup — but you are not drawing from an empty cup. You are drawing from the inexhaustible, lavish, heaven-high mercy of a Father whose ways are so much higher than anything human instinct can produce. Ask Him today to let that mercy flow through you — to the person who frustrated you, to the one who let you down, to the one who deserves the opposite of what you are about to give them. That is where His ways become your ways. And that is where the world gets to taste something it has never been able to manufacture on its own.
Gifts
Words of Encouragement
You do not have to perform your way into the gifts of your Father. You do not have to clean yourself up, check all the right boxes, or meet the standards of whatever religious system has been defining worthiness for you. The argument Jesus makes is so simple it almost feels too good to be true — if even imperfect you knows how to give good things to the people you love, how much more does your perfect Father want to give to you? The answer is immeasurably, infinitely, limitlessly more. The gift is Holy Spirit in His fullness. The requirement is simply asking. So ask today friend — not with a performance resume in hand, not with an apology for your imperfections, but with the simple open-handed trust of a child who knows their Father loves to give. Ask. And watch what limitless heavenly resources look like when they are poured out on someone who simply asked.
Separate
Words of Encouragement
Whatever the adversary has been whispering to you — that you are too far gone, too broken, too inconsistent, too much or not enough — hear the answer of Romans 8 today. Paul did not write a list of conditions under which the love of God remains available. He wrote a comprehensive, exhaustive, leave-no-loophole declaration that nothing has what it takes to separate you from it. Not your worst season. Not your biggest failure. Not the most powerful force in the seen or unseen realm. Nothing. You have always had His undivided affection — and you always will. The bully has been lying to you. The adversary's promises were never real and his threats have no ultimate power over a life that is held in the grip of a love that sent Jesus into the world not to condemn it but to save it. You are loved. You are held. You are inseparable. Let that settle into the deepest part of you today — and let it change everything.
Inheritance
Words of Encouragement
You have not been disqualified. Your bad season did not revoke your sonship. Your failures did not erase your name from the inheritance. You are still a child of the Most High God — made in His image, confirmed by His Spirit, and held in the grip of a Father who does not let go when things get hard. The resurrection life you received is not a cautious, timid, tip-toeing life. It is wide open, arms out, running toward Papa and asking — What's next? That is who you are. That is the life that is yours. Stop letting how you acted in the past put a ceiling on who you are called to be. Let identity lead. Let the inheritance follow. And run — run freely and expectantly — into the good things that are still ahead.
Book
Words of Encouragement
You have not been wandering unnoticed. You have not been weeping unseen. Every quiet moment of faithful living, every tear cried in the dark, every conversation you have had about Daddy God when no one of earthly importance was listening — Heaven noticed. It was written down. Your name is in that book. And the God who kept every record is the same God who promises to answer the moment you call — with things so great, so guarded, so beyond what your natural mind could have assembled on its own, that you will know without a shadow of a doubt that only a Father who has been paying close attention all along could have given you that answer. Call out today, friend. He is closer than you think — and He has been listening the whole time.
Listen
Words of Encouragement
You don't have to have the fastest answer to be the most valuable person in the room. In fact, the ones who change everything are usually the ones who listen the longest before they speak. That quiet moment where you resist the urge to interrupt — that is not weakness, that is wisdom. That pause before you respond to what Daddy God is saying — that is not doubt, that is discernment. Keep cultivating the garden of your life with patience and humility. Let the Gardener do what only He can do. And watch how many people find nourishment, healing, and hope simply by spending time in the space your listening has created.
Presence
Words of Encouragement
Whatever you walked into today — the pressure, the uncertainty, the noise — you didn't walk into it alone. He was already there ahead of you, arms open, presence active, faithfulness on full display. You don't have to have it all together to come to Him. You don't have to clean yourself up first. You just have to call out. That's it. Just call out — and watch what His wrap-around presence does to everything that's been trying to press in on you. He's got you, friend. He's always had you.
Worry
Words of Encouragement:
Renaissance People, stop letting worry steal your peace and drain your energy without providing any solutions! Your Heavenly Father knows every detail of your needs and circumstances, and He's committed to daily provision as you seek His Kingdom above all else. The things you're anxious about are actually "less important things" that get added abundantly when your priorities are correctly ordered. Don't be afraid—your loving Father doesn't reluctantly meet your needs but joyously gives you His entire Kingdom realm with all its promises! When worry rises, identify what's causing anxiety, give it to Daddy God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit, then ask for Their direction. They want to replace your worry with Their peace, your anxiety with Their comfort, and your fear with Their joy. Deal with today's challenges with today's grace and trust tomorrow's provision to arrive when tomorrow does!
Intimacy
Words of Encouragement:
Renaissance People, you are not insignificant specks hoping for a moment of God's attention—you are His favored children who bring Him such joy that He literally jumps up and down with excitement over you! Stop living like spiritual orphans when you're beloved sons and daughters who are the apple of your Father's eye. His intimate love for you is so personal that He knows every detail about you, so protective that touching you provokes His fierce defense, and so complete that you can rest in the security of His embrace. Yes, you are His favorite—and so is every other believer, because His infinite heart has unlimited capacity for intimate, personal love. Embrace this beautiful mystery and live from the confidence of being completely known, thoroughly loved, and absolutely treasured by the God of the universe!
Rejoice
Words of Encouragement:
Renaissance People, your "no matter what" faith is what separates you from conditional believers who serve God only when life is comfortable! When you settle deep in your heart that you will rejoice in Daddy God regardless of circumstances, you position yourself for supernatural joy that confounds natural thinking. Yes, troubles will come, prayers might seem unanswered, and fig trees may not blossom—but you still have your Savior-God, and that's reason enough to dance! Your unconditional faith becomes a powerful witness to a world that's tired of fair-weather believers. When others see you rejoicing in the midst of difficulties, celebrating God's goodness when life is hard, and maintaining joy that circumstances can't steal, they begin to hunger for the Source of your unshakeable hope. Be like the deer that bounds confidently on high places because your strength comes from the Lord!
Shouts
Words of Encouragement:
Renaissance People, it's time to reclaim the passionate worship that religious propriety has stolen from you! Your Daddy God isn't embarrassed by your enthusiastic praise—He delights in it! When you shout, dance, leap, and celebrate His goodness without reservation, you're not being undignified—you're being authentic. The same God who created children to express joy naturally created you to worship Him passionately. Don't let anyone convince you that quiet, restrained worship is more spiritual than passionate, expressive worship. David knew that uninhibited praise was the password to God's presence, and when you discover this truth, your worship will become a gateway to dimensions of intimacy and power you've never experienced. Let the joy of the Lord be your strength and let your worship be so authentic that it draws others to investigate the Source of your happiness!
Imagination
Words of Encouragement:
Renaissance People, your imagination isn't just daydreaming—it's a divine capacity that connects you to the Creator's heart! When you allow Daddy God to consume your thoughts, you become a visionary who sees what He sees and dreams what He dreams. Don't let anyone diminish this powerful gift by calling it "just imagination." Some of the greatest breakthroughs in history began as Holy Spirit-inspired images in someone's sanctified mind. Trust Him to fill your imagination with Kingdom visions that will transform your world. Your God-aligned imagination is a weapon against impossibility and a blueprint for breakthrough!
Zeal
Words of Encouragement:
Renaissance People, your zeal is not just personal fuel—it's Kingdom currency! In a world growing cold with selfishness and apathy, your passionate devotion to Daddy God is a blazing testimony that draws others to the warmth of His love. Don't let setbacks, delays, or disappointments convince you to dial down your intensity. The Kingdom needs zealous believers who refuse to settle for lukewarm faith. Your fire matters, your passion makes a difference, and your rhythm of devotion creates a frequency that Heaven recognizes and Hell fears. Keep burning bright!
Father
Words of Encouragement
Beloved child of the Most High, if you've been carrying an orphaned spirit because of painful experiences with earthly fathers, know that your heavenly Father is nothing like those who have wounded you. He is perfect in His love, faithful in His care, and constant in His affection for you. You don't have to earn His love, perform for His attention, or fear His rejection. He delights in you, celebrates you, and has prepared an incredible inheritance just for you. Let Holy Spirit heal the places where earthly fathers failed and reveal the heart of your perfect heavenly Father. You are not an orphan - you are a beloved child with full rights to approach your Daddy with confidence, joy, and eager expectation. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead is calling you into your true identity. Listen to His voice and step boldly into all that belongs to you as God's treasured child!
Children
Words of Encouragement
Beloved child of the Most High, remember that returning to childlike faith isn't about becoming immature or naive - it's about recapturing the wonder, trust, and simplicity that allows you to receive God's Kingdom with joy. The children around you aren't just recipients of ministry; they're teachers of faith who can show you what unhindered belief looks like. Don't let life's disappointments, theological complexities, or cultural skepticism rob you of the simple pleasure of trusting your heavenly Father completely. He delights in your dependence on Him, celebrates your trust in His goodness, and wants to restore the joy and wonder you may have lost along the way. Listen to the children in your life, learn from their pure hearts, and let their example lead you back to the simplicity that Jesus praised. Your childlike faith isn't a weakness to overcome but a strength to cultivate!
